Shipping Zone Map
Used to determine
shipping dates for new, live-plant orders and warranty replacement claims
|
Cottage Farms uses this map to determine when to ship your plants to ensure
that they are planted at the best time for the best results.
Spring Planting
Order Now - Pay later! We hold all pre-orders for spring plants
until the weather in your area is warm enough for planting according to the historical
temperature ratings for your Hardiness Zone. We
do this to improve your chances for strong beautiful plants. And, the best thing
is that we don't even charge your credit card until it is time to ship the order! That allows
you to get your orders in early while there's still plenty of inventory. If you
order after your hardiness zone is already open for shipping, then your order will
ship immediately.
Fall Planting
Order Now - Pay later! We hold all pre-orders for fall bulbs and perennials
until the summer temperatures in your area begin to drop. The moderate autumn weather
is ideal for establishing new plants so that they are ready to perform the following
spring. We will ship the northern-most zones first and then
begin shipping to the southern zones. As always, we don't charge your credit card until it is time to ship the order! If you order after your hardiness
zone is already open for shipping, then your order will ship immediately.
Use the tools below and see if it's time to ship to your zone. If you're not sure
or you feel your plants should have shipped, let us know and we'll gladly look into it for you.
