• 4 Tbsp Water
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar (or favorite herbal infused vinegar)
  • 1 cup of grape or pear tomatoes, halved
  • 3 leaves of fresh basil
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
Chop the garlic in the food processor until finely minced. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth. Serve over a fresh tossed salad. Also delicious over grilled steak or chicken.
