• Thin crust pizza crust of your choice
  • 3 oz. of your favorite spreadable cheese in sun-dried tomato and basil flavor
  • 2 medium sized tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh, thinly sliced basil
  • Salt, pepper and dried oregano to taste
If you are using a canned pizza crust, pre-bake the crust according to can directions, approximately 5 minutes.
Slice 2 medium sized tomatoes and blot dry with paper towel to absorb excess moisture. Season with salt, pepper and dried oregano to taste.
Spread the spreadable cheese on the baked crust, top with the shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced tomatoes and fresh basil.
Bake according to the crust package directions and/or until the cheese starts to turn golden and bubbly.
