Our Warranty

Cottage Farms wants you to enjoy your gardening experience. Our policy is simple: If you are not happy, we are not happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied or your plant does not perform as expected, we will replace it at no charge with a similar or comparable plant. Perennials and woody ornamentals are warranted for one-year and annuals, tropicals and other plants are warranted for ninety days from time of shipment.

Alternatively, solely at our discretion, a merchandise credit in the form of a Cottage Farm gift certificate (less any cost of shipping) may be issued in lieu of replacements. This warranty is explicitly for product purchased from our website and does not apply to Cottage Farms products purchased on other platforms, from other sources or from other marketing venues.
